Uniforms & teamwear
Specify whether an emblem stays permanently attached or needs removal. Check logo proportions, lettering and colour references at the finished size.
Caps, bags & accessories
Share the available sewing area and surface shape. A patch that works on a flat jacket panel may need a different size or edge on a curved cap.
If fine lettering matters more than raised thread texture, compare the constructions before choosing. Woven patches and woven clothing labels serve different applications.

- Coverage & fabric base
- Mark areas intended for thread coverage and areas where the base fabric should show. A larger stitched area changes texture and the production brief.
- Small text & line detail
- Provide the smallest text and line work at actual size. Stitches may require artwork simplification; review a sample instead of assuming screen detail can be reproduced.
- Merrowed or cut edge
- A wrapped stitched border suits many simple outlines. Fine corners and intricate shapes need a feasibility review for an appropriate cut and edge finish.
- Backing & application
- Choose a backing preference above, then confirm it against the garment. Heat-applied patches need fabric compatibility and agreed application instructions; hook-and-loop needs a matching attachment plan.
What to check on your approval sample
Check the stitched face, smallest letters, finished width and height, border and reverse. Agree colour references and test attachment on the intended fabric before approving a bulk order.

What should I send for a quotation?
Send your artwork or reference, quantity, finished width and height, intended application and required delivery date. If you are unsure about the backing, include a photo or description of the garment or surface.
Can I start with a sketch or reference image?
Yes. A sketch or reference is a useful starting point. The artwork and construction details need to be reviewed before a production quotation and sample plan are confirmed.
How are minimum quantity and lead times confirmed?
MOQ, sample timing and bulk timing depend on the design, construction, size and quantity. Confirm these in the quotation and agree the production schedule after sample approval.
Which backing should I choose?
Share how the patch will be attached and used. Heat application, sewing, removable attachment and adhesive placement have different requirements. Garment compatibility and attachment details should be confirmed before production.
