Quote requests

When you submit an inquiry, we use the contact details and project information you provide to respond to your request. Our server sends inquiries to our business contact mailbox using QQ Mail (Tencent) over an encrypted SMTP connection. We also attempt to save a private backup of your inquiry in Vercel storage so the team can recover requests if an email notification is missed. Backup access requires authorization; records are not published on the website. A successful submission message confirms acceptance by the email provider, not that a quotation has been prepared. The inquiry includes its submission page, landing page, campaign parameters when supplied, and referring website when available, to help us understand where requests originate.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Accept analytics”. It helps us measure page visits, interactions with inquiry forms, successfully submitted inquiries, and WhatsApp link clicks. These statistics do not establish whether a request is a qualified buyer or whether a WhatsApp conversation took place. We do not intentionally send your name, email, phone number or inquiry message to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled in our analytics configuration.

Your choices

You can reject optional analytics and still use the website and submit an inquiry. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom-left of any page to change your choice. Your preference is saved in your browser. Rejecting after acceptance stops analytics on subsequent page loads and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete data already processed by Google.

Session information

The website stores initial landing-page and source information in browser session storage for inquiry attribution. It is sent with your inquiry, not used as a customer profile. QQ Mail, Vercel and WhatsApp are separate services, with their own privacy practices.
